Resale and Wholesale Terms and Conditions

  • New customer orders must be sent via email, website, or mail; including buyer telephone number, email, billing and shipping  information.
  • Minimum opening order is 20 items. Minimum reorder is 10 items. A handling charge will be applied to orders that do not meet minimums.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be emailed to McHarp at

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, C.O.D., pre-payment with Company check, or Net 30 (upon approval).
  • Net 30 terms: Email or mail the McHarp Credit Application. Once your completed, signed application is received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. Note: Established Net 30 customers who have not ordered within 12 months must submit an updated application.
  • Drop shipments available for additional handling fee.
  • Prepayment is required for custom orders or large quantities.


    • All prices are subject to change without notice. McHarp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change packaging and any included documentation.
    • Products shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Currently the MSRP is at 2.3 times the wholesale price.
    • In the event the Stockist chooses to place the products or goods for sale on stockist online platform at a discount, the stockist shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for online special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Stockist must be requested in writing to McHarp and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
    • Stockist shall not distribute, market, sell or solicit orders for any McHarp products on any of the Amazon selling platforms, including, but not limited to,,, and Listings on any discount platform needs to be approved my McHarp.



      • Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to ship. If you need the order sooner, please specify when submitting order. Rush processing may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order when the order is ready to ship. Items that must be shipped “FREIGHT” will be FREIGHT COLLECT, due to carrier upon arrival.
      • We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, we are using a shipping service to obtain the best pricing we can. Y our preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation costs.
      • FOB point is Fredericksburg, TX 78624. Damages/Defects
      • McHarp will not be responsible for damage due to improper use or handling. We produce only high quality, hand cast and hand finished products. Slight variations in color and dimension may exist and are characteristic of hand made designs. While the products are durable, improper handling may cause breakage or chipping.
      • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact McHarp at within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Include the invoice number, the item number(s), and the shipment tracking number. Please note if there is any damage to the exterior box and take pictures of the damaged item(s) and box. Email all details with the claim information. Replacement(s) will be shipped out upon receipt of claim information. If you do not want the replacement, credit for damaged item(s) will be noted on invoice/statement.
      • We do our best to ship your order correctly. In the event there is a problem with your order please notify McHarp within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments. .All returns must have prior approval from McHarp.
      • Merchandise refused or returned without authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
      • Price tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned. NATURE OF HANDMADE ITEMS
      • All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of the natural materials and our production method, each product may vary slightly.


        • Late payments are subject to 5% late fee for every 30 days past due.
        • Chronic late payments may require pre-payment and/or delayed shipment of future orders.
        • Collection costs and attorney fees will be at customers’ expense
