Saint Martha - 510

Christ often stopped and visited at the home of Martha and Mary. They took loving care of him. Martha prepared the meal while Mary sat at His feet. "Martha served." She isn't in the spotlight, she doesn't do showy things, she doesn't receive spectacular miracles. She simply serves Jesus.  Martha is the patron saint of: Cooks, Inn keepers, Bed and breakfasts, Those that Serve others
